I am unable to access help files of MS Publisher 2000 after udating
security files.    Internet Explorer version is 6.0.2800.1106.    I
cannot find any help files on the web either.   There was a previous
post in 2004 but is that still valid?   Thanks,  J

Publisher 2000 definitely has Help files. It's the Publisher I use.
You might try reinstalling Publisher.
