Sorry, frustration caused me to think you all were mind readers...

To be more specific, the issues I am having with the form are 1) the
formatting. The vertical line running through the center of the page should
be further to the left, separating the navigation bar from the form and the
translator icon should be directly beneath the navigation.
2) when the form is filled in and submit is selected, the site moves to
http://www.woofsandhoofs.be/_vti_bin/shtml.dll/index_Request.htm and states
Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:
"http://www.woofsandhoofs.be/index_Request.htm".

Hope this is more clear now. Sorry for the short starter note.

For future reference please note that follow-up posts need to be on the
original posted thread. Don't start a whole new thread and refer to another.

Using a vertical line on a web page can be tricky business. Though in your
case I'd suspect it's the babel fish code insert that throws the layout off.
Remove that and try again.
