I am trying to publish my website using Publisher 2003. I need to set up an
FTP file. According to "help", there should be a file labeled "FTP File
Locations" in the Look In Box from the Publish Web Page Options. I have no
such option. The "FTP File Locations" is not there. Any suggestions? Thanks

Can't you browse to where your website files are?

It's not a file, it's a location. Last item in the list of locations when
doing a Publish.
