When trying to publish my Publisher website to http it states it cannot due
to my index.html being in read only. How do I remove read only on the one I
created so that I can publish it according to the directions in web design
advance. my site is viewable onthe internet, my issue again is the submit
button. And I even tried recreating the submit button entering the html code
and it still did not work. I am being told Publisher is not a good website
creator i disagree, I have used it on all my sites created.

If this is a file on the server you need to have the host reset the directory
permissions.
