How do I center a webpage (the whole page) not each line?

I have designed my page, but when uploading to the web, it's left justified
instead of centered on the screen.  I'm talking the whole page (each line of
text, image, etc) is centered like I want, but the page itself is left
justified on larger monitors.

That's the way Publisher does it.
