adding favicon.ico element to website using Publisher 2003

I'm wanting to add a favicon to the address bar of a website.  Any ideas as
to how to do this with Publisher 2003?

What was used to create the html files, in your case Publisher, is irrelevant
to implementing a favicon. Simply create the icon and drop it on the root of

Yes a feature I like very much that actually works in Publisher!  Yipppeee!
