Capturing website back into Publisher

I have a website that I created in Publisher 2003. Unfortunately, I recently
had to reformat my entire hard drive before I had a chance to backup the
website to a CD, so I no longer have the file nor the graphics I created to
build the site. Is it possible to recapture the online website back into
Publisher? I also have FrontPage 2002. If I can't capture back into
Publisher, is it possible to capture the site back into FrontPage?

Thanks. . .
