I entered a Publisher form template into my website.  I can fill in the form
but when I click on the submit button...it goes nowhere.  I click on form
properties and select SEND DATE TO ME IN EMAIL.  On SEND THE DATA TO THIS
ADDRESS...I enter the email address where I want to receive the data.  When I
save and upload the file to my webhost...the form gives me an error

Not Found
The requested URL /index_files/--WEBBOT-SELF-- was not found on this server.
I guess I have to enter a code in the webshell on the form page.  I don't
know what code to enter or where to look for the code.

Please...help me.
