how do I get a response form in Publiser 2003 to work online?

I have built a web site using MS Publisher 2003. As part of the programme you
can add by wizard a customer response form.  All you have to do is set the
submit button properties to give your email address for the customers
response to go to.  In the form properties of the submit button of the
response form that I have used on my web sites 4th page it says that to use
the option that I have chosen, which is to send the data to me in an email, I
must confirm that my ISP supports MS FrontPage server extensions (version 3.0
or higher). I have enabled the FrontPage extensions on the control panel of
my ISP and the form still does not work - HELP.
