i find this to be a rather uncalled for remark.  i know html, java, and how
to use dreamweaver but chose to make my site with publisher so that i could
quickly set up my site for others to view while i create the real deal with
dreamweaver.  i find this to be smart rather than something a simpleton would
do.

in addition publisher is a great tool for those who would like to be
creative and make their own site but haven't had the schooling or training in
html, java, etc.  How about some kudos for their efforts rather than dogging
them?

Seems like your ignorance makes you more of a simpleton that those who use
publisher.

Do you know what "from scratch" means? It has nothing to do with the program
you use but the file you start with.
