How can I tell a web form to jump back to HOME after "SUBMIT"?

My Web site is created with Office Publisher. When a web form in publisher is
submitted, the browser needs to know which page to jump to next. There seems
to be no way of editing the form properties to tell the browser what to do
after the form is submitted. Please help.
