This clip art would be inserted on Certificates of Achievements so as to
enclose the logo of an inner city public high school. It would be placed on
Certificates of Achievements given to students for a variety of notable deeds
evidencing their hard work, school spirit, and for performing well in their
class grades and in a variety of academic and athletic endeavors.
The logo itself has already been hand-drawn by one of my more artistic
students, and just needs to be "punched-up" a little.
Also, please tell me what program we should use to combine these two pieces
of clip-art into one item, and how to adjust that combined item to various
sizes, depenting on the document on to which it will be printed in color.

I have a tutorial on my web site on how to position stars around a circle in
Publisher. If you don't understand the method, let me know.

How complex is the logo? If you don't have a draw program, it is possible to
recreate it in Publisher with patience.
