I created my website using Publisher 2003. When I access my website vis a
vie Internet Explorer, the pictures on my site are VERY slow to download.
However, all my hyperlinks work fine. When I access my website with either
Mozilla or Netscape, my pictures and the like download rapidly but certain of
my hyperlinks don't function at all. It seems that the hyperlinks on the
opening/title page work well, but the links on the other pages are useless.
If possible, could you help me with my dilemma. Thanks

Pictures do load relatively slowly on Pub 2003. To mitigate the issue under
options deselect Rely on VML...and Allow PNG.... Also, you should compress
your images prior to uploading your site. Reference:

As per Mozilla, one of the limitations of Pub 2003 sites is limited cross
browser support, as the coding engine produces code for IE.
