Is it possible to set so the navigation bars look different on any
given web page.
I want to be able to change the color and size for pages through out my
website.

If you select the navbar, and click the wand that appears below, you can
change some of the properties of the navbar, including the size of the
buttons, to show the selected state, and the orientation and alignment.
Changing the selected state will change the look on a given web page...
