can users send me images from thier computers?

I'm Trying to make an application form for my site where users can send me
images to post in thier bios? is this possible with publisher 2003?

Not BIOS i meant like a biography page I need to have people send me pictures
i can post on my site.

Not with Publisher 2003 per se.

First, find out what upload component your host allows...and it will also
depend on server/software you are using for you web.

If you're a noobie, you may just want to have them email images/bio to you.
However, I think the whole procedure will be very "clunky" with a Pub
generated website.
