Publisher creates links to my hard drive.  I am obviously doing something
wrong when I edit the links in Word Pat.  I am using
href="aba-marhofer.com/Confidentiality%20Agreement.pdf">Buyer
Registration</a></span></p>"  Can someone please help me link this PDF file?
Thanks

Try this for your link:

http://www.aba-marhofer.com/Confidentiality%20Agreement.pdf

And, if you are planning to have several links to files consider creating a
folder for them, i.e.,  files

Then the link would read:

http://www.aba-marhofer.com/files/Confidentiality%20Agreement.pdf

Be sure you upload the pdf file to your website.

Hi,

Thanks so much for your post.  I tried this but it didn't work.  When I FTP
to the site, I see folders.  I publish to the folder httpdocs.  There is also
a choice for httpsdocs.  Since all my files are in httpdocs, I had the link
like this
http://www.aba-marhofer.com/httpdocs/Confidentiality%20Agreement.pdf.  My pdf
file is also in this folder.  I still am getting an url not found message.
Is there something else I should know?  Thanks again

Try this for the link

Confidentiality Agreement.pdf

If that doesn't work, try

/Confidentiality Agreement.pdf

The space in the file title can cause a problem at times and it is better to
use a _ instead of a space.

Outstanding looking site.  Clean, crisp and attractive.

Let me know if the file comes up.

Don,

That was it!  Thanks so much - it was driving me crazy.  Also, thanks for
the praise.  My bruised ego over pdf files needed it.
