Sorry, but if you are waiting for me to offer you feedback, don't hold your
breath. What you produced is way beyond my limited knowledge, and probably
beyond the knowledge of most of the people that choose to use Publisher to
produce their websites. I think that most people that choose Publisher know
nothing about programming...and don't want to learn. If they did, they
wouldn't be using Publisher.

That isn't intended to detract from what you produced. I admire you
knowledge and efforts, but there really is only one person that could really
comment in an informed way, and that is the resident MVP David Bartosik. I
would imagine that he will be along...
