How do I delete a singular navigation bar link on one page?

I have set up a basic 5 page web site using Publisher. I would like to have
the index page with two navigation buttons (for entry into the site for two
different types of users) and the other 4 pages with all navigation buttons

What you want to do would probably be best done using ASP or something other
than Publisher. http://www.asp.net

If I were to try to do this with Publisher, I would probably create a single
page with Publisher, and link to subfolders with the different languages.
Any way you go about it, I think you will need to use multiple Publisher
files. Read the following article about "Building a web site with multiple
Publisher web publication file" and see if that leads to a solution:
