how can users scroll over email addresses & click on them?

need to enable visitors on my web site to be able to use their mouse to
scroll over an email address & be able to click on it to mail me

Highlite the name or address with the mouse, select Insert Hyperlink, and
enter the e-mail address.

you will also get a lot of email from spammers.
