Microsoft would charge you a lot more than $35 to make it work.

What are you trying to do?

The first time I visited that site it seemed okay even tho there wasn't a
lot of content. This time all I get it a green page with an ad banner.

The content is way over to the right, there is a scroll bar at the bottom.

The first time I went there I got a large green empty space at the top and
the rest was left-oriented. When I went again, I only saw green. Then I read
his second post on the same subject and scrolled over.

I suspect it's related to the banner ad. Free hosts aren't worth the money
you aren't paying for them.
