I am trying to make it so that a user can select more than one option from my
drop down box.

Is this possible?  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Teri

Teri,

I am having a hard time envisioning what type of drop down box would allow
you to choose more than one option at a time, as each option is a hyperlink,
and I know of no way to click on two hyperlinks at the same time. Perhaps if
you explain in more detail what you are trying to do, we could come up with
a better answer.

David,

I am creating an online registration form in Publisher.  I have added a drop
down box for an area that asks user to select a major from the list.  I have
checked the box for the option in the form properties that "user may select
more that one item" however it isn't working.

Does that give you more information?

Thank you,

Teri

Terri,

I do understand your question now, but not sure of an answer. I suspect that
you will need to delete that part of the form and enter new form controls.
Here is an article that might help :Publisher web publication forms 101":

If you do decide to try deleting and adding new form controls, pay attention
to the last paragraph of this article.
