Trying to get more web design info for Publisher 2003.  Many question refer
to "http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30" but, unless I am not
understanding what to do when I get there, I find no reference to the
questions I need answered.

Specifically interested in "how to open a new window from a page in my
website".  Hope you can guide me.  Thanks in advance.
