MS Office Forum / Publisher / Web Design / July 2006Can't open Publisher file
I try to open my Publisher files and the message can't open from a previous version. How do I tell which version was used to create the file? Ask the person who created it. It's either because it's created with a newer version or a known issue with Norton. Do you use Norton anti-virus?
