I haven't read any other posts about this. I would guess that some security
setting has been added or changed, perhaps with the firewall, but can't tell
you specifically what to look for. Perhaps you will need to uninstall or
Restore your computer back to where it was before patching it...but try
reading the trouble shooting article and perhaps the other two articles
