publisher website problem, getin error when submit forms on site

i am using microsoft publisher 2003 to publish a wesite.  i have a submit
form on the website so potential buyers and send me their information and
stay informed on new deals.  when i published the site and reviewed it on the
net i noticed that when you hit the submit button it gives the user an error.
tech support for my web site hosting said that i should install frontpage
iextentsion.  we did that and it worked once and it continues to give errors?
what do i do.  i have an add running driving people to my site, but if i
can't get them to sign up it's a waste of money.  please answer.  i am not a
techy, so please keep it simple and clear.

Sounds like you are not using HTTP uploading protocol, which is required for
forms. Read "Publisher web publication forms 101":
