I've seen the other topics but regarding providing users the ability to
download a pdf from my website and have tried the suggestions but it's still
not working. I have 3 pdf's and 1 doc file that should be available. I have
created the hyperlinks and I have uploaded these files to my hosting service
but only 1 pdf is downloadable. ?? That really has me confused. Hovering over
the hyperlinks displays http://www.mywebsite.com/mypdf.pdf but 2 pdf's and a
doc file results in a 404 error. Check out www.westernspringsbusiness.com to
see the problem.
Any suggestions would be appreaciated.

On the member information page, the WSBA Registration link and on the
Scholarship Information page, the Word version. I uploaded the July '06
newsletter (Membership Info)last night the same way I did all the others and
that worked the first time I tried it.
Thanks

It works, maybe you're not waiting long enough...it is 1.4 meg file.

"Carefully check the spelling" per David did the trick.
Thanks again,
Tom

Carefully check the spelling, spaces, underscores, punctuation, upper case
vs. lower
case, etc of your files, against what you wrote for the hyperlinks. They
have to be exact. Confirm
that you did indeed upload the two failed files. I found two of the PDFs
worked, one didn't, and the Word file failed.

The same files I'm having a problem with; I uploaded the Newsletter last
night (Membership Info) and it worked perfectly the first time. I have
followed the same procedure for the others.

Will confirm later today, not in office now.
That's the only thing that can be awry; spelling, since two other pdf's
download correctly. Have to confirm the spelling of the doc file too.
Stay tuned; thanks to all for your input.
