I tried David's way for pictures that I want to be linked, but it's giving me
an error when I try to preview the page. It says that I have overlapping
objects that include an HTML code fragment. If it helps, I have Publisher
2000. Any help would be very appreciated.

You can not overlap your code fragment box with any other elements on you
page. Resize or move it, and try it again.

You might also look at "Photo's won't open in a new browser window" by
Mbraid96, 8/30/06 and follow the link in that post.

No. I'm trying to make it so that if I click on a picture, it will open up a
new pageand link to a website I'm trying to link too. If I make sure the html
code doesn't overlap, then how will clicking on the picture open up the new
page. Sorry for being unclear before

Ok, then the other post I referenced is more appropriate, because that is
what Mbraid96 is trying to do.

I think the post you're referring to got taken down or something. I searched
for it and I can't find it.

Its still there. Here is a copy...and the poster said the fix worked.
