HTML code fragment moves when enlarged using explorer.

I am using Publisher to upload a page. When the page is displayed in explorer
at 100% it's fine. When the page is zoomed the HTML code fragment moves.

Zoomed? Not sure what you mean. Publisher produces static webpages, but if
you enlarge the text size in IE, then the text boxes can stretch out and
your design will be changed. You might try moving the code fragment box to
some other place on your page where it will not be moved if you change the
text size, or perhaps use a larger font, so no one will have to zoom
in...those of us with oldererer eyes, would prefer a font size of at least
12 ;-)
