MS Office Forum / Publisher / Web Design / October 2006Pictures look bad on the website preview but good inside Publisher
I am using Publisher 2000 to make a website. All the pictures look good when I am working in Publisher, but when I do web site preview, the pictures look like they are paintings. It does not seem to be consistent as some pictures/pages are ok. Anybody know anything about this? Thanks for any help! If you overlap your picture boxes with text boxes, or other design elements, then Publisher will convert those elements into one combined, lower quality GIF file. Run the Design Checker under Tools, it will probably catch those design errors. DavidF >I am using Publisher 2000 to make a website.
