how to add a form that culculate a distance from A to B?

I have a website that lets people enter their pick up address and dropp off
address on a form.
How to add a code that culculates a distance of those 2 addresses ?
Please help.....Thank you.

Pretty complicated stuff...hire a programmer.

A simple solution may be a link to Mapquest or Google Maps or something like
that.

Rob has the best solution; use MapQuest. Below is where you can get
information on how to create the html code fragment for MapQuest.

http://www.mapquest.com/features/main.adp?page=lf_main

Use the "Link to Driving Directions from your website."  Then use Option 4.

I've used MapQuest on a few of the sites I do work on and it works very
well.
