Is it possible to put in a link/page only to be accesed by members in the
homepage made in publisher?

To create a password protected folder on your site, contact your webhost, or
read the FAQs on the host support section. This is a server side function.
You would then create those password protected files/pages in a second
Publisher file, and upload to the password protected folder and link to it
from your home page.
