Set Default Language.

Win XP and Office 2003.
How does one set the default language to other than US English?

Sorry this should have been Win XP and PUB 2003.
And I have tried what I think are the proper steps in Tools Options
Language but it only seems to apply to the current text box.

I think this is changed in the regional settings in XP?

David,
Yes the Regional setting is correct but I cannot make a different
language stick no matter what I do.
Will search around but can live without it.
