I am wanting to have one page password protected within a website. I am using
Publisher 2003.  Any instrutctions would be most appreciated.

Look to your webhost support section on how to create a password protected
folder or directory. Different hosts, do it different ways, but most offer
the option. Then create the one page in a second Publisher document, upload
to the password protected folder, and link to it from your main site.
