When I try to publish to my url it converts to and index and set of files.  
Now what?  when I follow the "Help" instructions again putting in the url it
says it can't find the file.  I'm stuck at this point.  I know my site name
is correct and works, I've loaded a simple set of pages using a free web site
building program.  I have tyhe feeling theres some procedure or step missing
in the instructions....thoughts??
