Sorry, I don't speak Norwegian, but if I understand you question, you can
build your site using multiple Publisher web publication files and link them

You can also just create subfolders and upload the default index.htm and
index_files folder from multiple Publisher files, to those subfolders. You
don't have to rename the index.htm file to music.htm as the example
suggests.
