Hello,  all the hyperlinks etc... seem to be working on my web page but
cannot get the submit button to send the form to an e-mail address.  I've
added Front Page Extensions to ISP hosting site and checked the e-mail
address.  I get a DNS error.

It'd be easier if you showed us the page, but here are some reasons it might
not work;

Your host must allow/enable the FP forms handler to work - not just FP
extensions.

Some hosts only allow it to send to email addresses to the same domain; if
your domain is www.mycuteweb.com you cannot email to me@yahoo.com it would
have to be me@mycuteweb.com
