Want to set-up 'opt in' form

I uploaded my site using FTP yet I understand that to set-up opt in forms you
need to use HTTP. I'm now confused how to find my way through. Should I
delete my site from FTP and re-load using HTTP or it'll just sort itself out
for me is only to load using HTTP. FPSE is loaded in my account.

You may need to delete your old files, and reinstall the FPSE. Using FTP can
break the FPSE. But before you do, read: Publisher web publication forms
