How do I use a form mailer using submit?

I have published my website in publisher 2003 but the forms page will not
send information filled out to my email.  After clicking the submit button it
gives me " Page Not Found.

Have you uploaded the Mail Processor file to the correct directory of
your site (usually /cgi-bin) and set the permissions correctly? Of
course, depending on which script you are using, you may also need to
configure it before uploading.

FWIW, a great script I use to use was Soupermail. One had to read the
instructions on how to get it to work, but they were very
straightforward and easy to implement.
