I am going to insert>forms>order form, and creating a new page on
my website.  I would like to have the responses by email.
Using MS Publisher 2003

Questions:

1.  Each text box(s) has a place to select how to receive responses.  If I
select
email responses, how do all the text boxes arrive by email.  All in one form,
or in separate emails?

2.  I tested a submit button via email and it went to the server, but the
server could not process it.  What happened and how do I sent this
up to work correctly.

Thanks,

Jerry Nash
