I have a website which was created in MS Publisher 2003.
www.piscatawayrotary.org. Used to work fine, but I have upgraded my
Explorer to 7.0.57xx and now neither the links nor the graphics show
anymore.
Actually the same problem is when I create new websites in Publisher.
Any advide would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Andreas

It loads fine with IE6 and FireFox 2.0, so that implies the problem lies
with IE7. I would suggest that you post this question in the IE newsgroup,
and see if they can give you an answer. If you get one, please post back as
others are likely to have this problem as they start to use IE7.
FWIW a number of people are finding a number of problems with IE7. If you
don't get an answer from the IE newsgroup, then you can rollback to IE6 by
uninstalling IE7 via add and remove.

David,
It's not just Publisher files. People in the WebPlus forum are reporting
similar problems. Strangely, some sites display perfectly - there
doesn't seem to be a recipe.

Thanks. I am reading more and more about problems with IE7. I guess I'll add
WP to the list. This is probably going to take some time...and pain, to sort
out. I hope MS comes up with a good "fixitall" patch soon...

I spoke too soon. I have IE7 installed on a test partition, and just tried
your site, and it loaded just fine. Looks OK in FF too. Perhaps the problem
lies with the particular installation of IE7? I didn't have the antiphising
filter turned on, so if you do, you might try turning it off and checking
other settings in IE. Perhaps it would help if you updated your antivirus
and/or firewall and checked for patches? It might still be a good idea to
post the question in the IE newsgroup as this seems to be a spotty problem.

Andreas,
I have since done some more reading about the problems with IE7, and it
seems that many of the problems are related to third party browser plug-ins
and add-ons. You might try disabling any you have installed.

Looks fine to me in IE7, images take a second or two to pop in...maybe file
size?
