How to make web page float in the middle of the browser

Please help

I am trying to make my webpage float in the middle of the browser instead of
the left hand side.

How can you do this in Publisher 2003

Publisher 2003 produces static, left justified pages by default, and there
is no built-in support for centering. The only way to get the page to center
is to manually add centering tags to the code, and to do that each time you
make a change in the page. If you want to learn about centering tags,
