Here's exactly what I wish to do. One of the pages, the photo page,  in my
Microsoft Publishing Website is filled and I wish to add another page but
don't want two pages of the same subject on my navigation bar. Is it possible
to add this second page and link it with the first without having it listed
as a new page on a navigation bar?

When you Insert > Page uncheck the "Add hyperlink to navigation bar". You
can click on More, to gain several options, such as duplicating everything
on a page. Then you will write a link manually to the page from the first.
