When I try to pull in a completed word document that is 4.82 MB or 5,065,728
bytes in size (210 pages) I cannot get the docment to move into publisher.
What is the largest size file I can pull in and will my format remain the
same if I am pulling in a word file?

Are you getting an error message?  If so, what does it say?

Did you linked the pages in Publisher?

If it seems nothing is happening when doing the copy/paste it could be due
to the size it is taking some time.

What version Publisher? How are you importing? Are you using file, import Word
document? Try this, create a text box on page one, right-click, click change
text, click text file, browse to your Word file. Answer yes when Publisher asks
about overflow and pages. Does this work?
