When I click on Insert menu, then Page, the only option is to insert a blank
page or a duplicate one.  The Insert Web Page dialog box does not appear.
What happened to it?

Based on Publisher 2000
If you are talking about a Publisher created webpage, there isn't an Insert
webpage.  You make all changes in the pub file and then Save as a webpage
which creates a new webpage and all associated files.

No, that is not what I'm talking about.  In Pub2003, I've created a website
using a template.  When I click on Insert, then Page, the dialog box that
shows up has many types of pages that can be inserted.    The box says,
select a page type, then you click on the type of page and that page is added
to the website, be it a page about us, form, event page, whatever.  In
another website that I've created, that menu once showed up, but now under
Insert, Page, it has a little box that only has three options.  Insert a page
before or after that is blank or duplicate and one other option.

Where is the Insert Webpage dialog box so I can pick the type of page to
insert.  Does that make it more clear?

The insert webpage dialog is only available with publications that start as
web publications, not print publications. Recreate your publication by
starting a new blank web publication, copy and past your old to the new.

Sherry,

My version of Publisher is 2000 and doesn't have an Insert Webpage.  So, I'm
sorry to say I am unable to help; sorry.

Is there a way to send you copy of what I'm referring to?  The dialog box I'm
looking at at the top says, Insert a Webpage.  So, it exists.  When I use the
same method of inserting a page into another website, that same dialog box
doesn't show and both of these files were created originally as a website in
publisher.

Sherry,

Note I started my message with, "Based on Publisher 2000".

The details of Insert Page vary depending upon which version of
Publisher the file was STARTED in.
Also it is possible to START a project as a  Print pub then save it as
HTML.

The operation of Insert Page varies depending on which method and which
version of Pub is used to START the project.
I have one which was started in Pub2002 but when I edit it with Pub2003
Insert Page behaves as it would if I was using 2002.

I have not got time to research this any further but say it as food for
thought  and exploration.
I may be wrong in some respects but thats what I have found with half an
hours exploring the problem.
