How do I download a current web-site to office publisher

I created a web-site in frontpage on another computer.  Can I import/download
it into Office Publisher on a different computer?

No, no, no!

Why do you want to use a program that was meant for printed documentation?
Stick with FrontPage or upgrade to Expressions Web.
