Perhaps you should rebuild your navbar. Before you do, backup your original
file.
Go to page 2 > File > Web Properties > Page tab and uncheck the "Add
hyperlink to Web navigation bar", OK. That link should disappear from your
navbar. Then go through the rest of the pages, and do the same thing. You
should be left with just the home page button on your navbar.
Now go back to page 2, File > Web Properties > Page tab and this time check
the "Add hyperlink to Web navigation bar". Click ok and you should have a
second navbar button that shows a link to page 2. Go to each page in order
and repeat. When you are done, you should have a new navbar, and when you
hover over the links, it should show a link to the correct page.You can do a
web page preview to confirm that the links work.
