I would like to put a message board on my website that I'm building using
Publisher.  Just a place where those who view my site can post questions and
comments to me and to other users.  I don't know if this is possible, but if
it is could someone help me out please.

You will need a 3rd-party program, either a blog or something like
SimpleMachines Forum. You may also need to have php enabled and have a
MySQL DB you can write to. Then you will need to create a link to it
from your main site. You "can" use an i-frame as a container, but if you
get much traffic an i-frame with a forum can look pretty tacky.
