How do I set up a PHP Page when creating a website in Publisher?

I was creating my website using publisher, and I wanted a Contact Us section.
I need to make my Thank you page a PHP Page.  Does anyone know how to do
this, or if you really need to do this?

Mike,

There's no reason you need a php thank you page unless you are trying to
make it very complicated.
