I am using Publisher. The current page is http://home, and trying to create
a form for the feed back details.i have inserted a page through
Insert>Page>Forms>Response Form. On the feed back page, on clicking on the
Submit button i'm not able to send the details to the mail-id. I have set the
form properties on my submit button to send data to me via e-mail, and I have
the correct e-mail address.

your web must have FrontPage server extensions installed AND working, AND
your host must allow the FP form handler to work (some dont even with fp
extensions).
in most cases your email address you are sending to must be in the same
domain as your site.

In addition to Rob's information, you might want to reference: Publisher web
publication forms 101:

And the HTTP uploading information:

You won't be able to use FTP uploading with FPSE.
