can't get to the publisher dialog box to publish to a Geocities.

can't get to the publisher dialog box to publish to a Geocities.  Office
has me in a save loop.

Unless you are using forms on your website you can use FTP uploading
protocol. If you are using forms HTTP uploading will be required. There is

Problem is as follows:  When I hit Publish to the Web, I continually get
prompted to save my product to my hard drive.  The Publish to the Web box
that will enable me to enter a destination for upload is not coming up.  I've
used FrontPage before and never had this problem.  Publsher looks a lot like
FrontPage.  What am I missing?
